* All individuals deserve a quality education. Therefore, in an effort to serve all communities and income levels, we will adjust standard billing procedures and/or rates to meet the needs of those experiencing extenuating financial difficulties. These accommodations will be reviewed on an individual basis and are not guaranteed.
* Charged time begins when your tutor arrives at your home. Clients are not charged for travel time.
* Cancellations need to be made at least 24 hours in advance. All cancellations will be rescheduled at no extra charge.
* All clients must have a valid credit card on file with our office.
