While large corporations run most local tutoring companies, Smart Solutions Tutoring is "for students by teachers". As teachers, we understand the needs of students and parents. It is our goal to successfully meet those needs.

Meghan holds a Master's in the Art of Teaching from Trinity University and Bachelor's Degrees in English and Spanish from Radford University. Meghan had the opportunity to teach adult education in both San Diego, California, and Arlington, Virginia. She also taught high school English and Journalism in Arlington and Prince George's Counties from 2000-2007. She enjoys being at home with her husband, Jason, and her young boys, Charlie and Matthew.

Kelda holds a Master's in Education with an endorsement in learning disabilities from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina - Wilmington. Kelda teaches elementary level Special Education for Henrico County Public Schools and tutors all age groups.

Molly has recently joined the Smart Solutions team. With over 10 years of professional business development experience, she will be working to establish mutually beneficial partnerships with schools and businesses throughout the Richmond area. Before joining Smart Solutions she served as the Vice President of U.S. Business Development for the World Congress on Information Technology. Prior to this, Molly worked for four years as the Director of Operations for the Governor's annual IT conference. Molly holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Longwood College. She resides in Mechanicsville with her husband and three young sons.

All of our tutors hold a valid Virginia teaching license or have significant classroom experience. Most have earned a Master's Degree. We are certain that our clients will find our tutors to be highly qualified, compassionate, experienced and dependable instructors.
